Terms and Conditions of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Adexfunds.com web site (Service), all services of Adex Investment Group, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (ôTerms of Serviceö), including any subsequent changes or modifications to them. If you do not agree to these Terms or to our Privacy Policy, please do not access the Adex Funds Group website or services.

Privacy Policy

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. If such monitoring reveals evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials. Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information on this server are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act or other law.

Acceptable Use and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and your data related to the Service. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adex Funds Group and its suppliers from any and all loss, cost, liability, and expense arising from or related to your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

The Software and Service are made available to you, your company, and/or your customers only for personal or commercial use, which use must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and must not infringe or violate third party rights.

Any unauthorized use of any Wildbit Service is a violation of this Agreement and certain federal and state laws. Such violations may subject the unauthorized user and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

Appropriate Email Practices

Every email sent using Service must contain an Unsubscribe link allowing the subscriber to opt-out of receiving further emails. You are required to maintain a link that is available to the subscriber for at least thirty days. You agree that You will not attempt or actually disable or remove the unsubscribe link from any and all emails sent.

All email lists contained and sent to using Service must be permission-based subscriptions. It is absolutely never acceptable or allowable to use a list that has been purchased, rented or from a third-party.

It is Your responsibility to monitor and maintain unsubscribe requests for Your list that are outside of the functionalities of Adex Funds Group. Emails sent unsolicited will receive abuse complaints that will be reflected on Your account. It is Your responsibility to maintain abuse results lower than the industry standard. It is at BG's sole discretion to determine if abuse complaints are in excess of industry standards.

Adex Funds Group reserves the right to terminate any account that it finds in violation of its Terms of Use by receiving abuse complaints higher than allowed, without refund.

Federal Regulation Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the CAN-SPAM federal regulation. Newsberry will not allow an email sent without the following two guidelines:

1. A single-click unsubscribe link must be easily accessible in each email sent. Adex Funds Group allows you to select the location of the link (either on top or bottom of campaign), but will not allow you to send a campaign if the link is missing.

2. Non-internet contact information must be included in each email. This can be a physical business address and/or telephone number.

Warranties and Representations

You understand and agree that the Service is provided ôas isö and Adex Funds Group, its affiliates, suppliers and Resellers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, beyond the Refund, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or bailment of your data on BGÆs servers. Adex Funds Group, its affiliates, suppliers and Resellers make no warranty or representation, other than the Refund, regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, the security of the Service, or that the Service will meet any userÆs requirements beyond the Refund. Use of the Service is at Your sole risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to You resulting from the use of the Service. The entire risk arising out of use, security or performance of the Service remains with You.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adex Funds Group be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data) whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), equity or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use this site or the materials therein or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of data.

ANTI-SPAM Policy

Adex Funds Group does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Services. Adex Funds Group does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about BGÆs customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are BG's confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.

Adex Funds Group does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.

If Adex Funds Group believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Adex Funds Group may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Adex Funds's rights.

Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

Refund Policy

We can refund your initial deposit/investment per your request only if you haven't made any withdrawals yet.

We also automatically refund your initial deposit after the PLAN period is over.
